I am working with the Zedboard, ISE 14.6 and Windows7 64 bit. So far I was able to get the UART-USB driver installed working to command LED's on/off but I cannot seem to get the USB-JTAG to work. I even tried downloading Digilent Xilinx plug-in but it's not helping -- I cannot properly get the driver to work such that it can recognize and use the USB-JTAG cable... I tried manually copying the .dll's in the correct Windows folder like I did for the Cypress UART driver etc... I am doing the Speedway tutorials and am just doing the Hello World Lab2... and I am having problems programming the FPGA. There is not much out there for ISE 14.6 support...all workarounds seem to be for earlier versions. I would rather not install an earlier version but will if I absolutely have to.
Update: I did install ISE 14.2 and the same thing is happening.
Also Device manager dos not see the Digilent micro USB-JTAB cable (but does see the Cypress UART one).
