No example is given for a fan or how to attach it, only a description of the fan header. Can you recommend a heatsink or fan that is available for ordering and provide guidance on how to attach it? So, if you believe this is truly the problem then you would need to look at what events would cause the AMD device to trigger this signal. On the board, the +3V3 volt rail drives the LED. So, I would be more inclined to look at what is causing the +3V3 rail to experience problems.
