I am getting this message after entering all the information as suggested:

Could not get the IoT Hub endpoint information.

Does anyone know why this message is happening and how to fix it?

As an added bonus, I thought the Alerts I created in step 4 would not begin until this step was completed. I have been getting alerts since creating them. I even unplugged the Azure Sphere thinking that would stop the alerts but they are continuing. Also, the Azure Sphere is still programmed to blink the green LED. How is it I am getting alerts when the ShockDetect application its not even programmed into it?

Attached are the screen shots of the the Azure Sphere Developer Command Prompt output.

Can't upload images. The message is

An unknown error occurred uploading the image.
