Nice project,

I would love to see some details on the cloud side. I keep looking for a good excuse to learn about Azure Functions, but have not had time to make it happen yet!

A nice project. I liked the 3D printed case - it looks very smart. You should add a camera so it sends a picture of who is entering the basement. Maybe also put a big lock on the door as well.

Was it worth your investment in terms of time and resources to achieve this $0 per month security solution? Any plans to turn this into a real product for others to use?
