Was it worth your investment in terms of time and resources to achieve this secured toilet paper management solution? Any plans to turn this into a real product for others to use?

Agree about using an Arduino Nano with neopixels, always seem to go to that solution, and use some hardwired interface to the nano from a smarter controller.

Our kitty loves TP, especially on a roll. It shreds so nice , spins, makes for so much fun.

An interesting project. Now - is there any way to automatically get my kids to put the new roll in the holder rather than just balancing it on top of the empty one?
