Never mind. I found that I had to use "GDB OpenOCD Debugging" instead of "GDB Segger J-Link Debugging"

And this discussion talks about using the -f kinetis.cfg options and power cycling twice when using OpenOCD:

This worked for me up to the point of starting debugging.

Instead of a "terms of use" screen, I got an error message:

And then it timed out and gave another error message:

[View:/resized-image/__size/378x169/__key/commentfiles/f7d226abd59f475c9d224a79e3f0ec07-a159851d-44b4-4c70-b7c4-2478eebf09ac/contentimage_5F00_176887.png:378:169]

Any idea what is going on?
