<p><span>The S12VR family is based on the LL18UHV process combining NVM, digital logic and high-voltage analog components into a monolithic solution. These analog components include an automotive voltage regulator, LIN physical layer, low-side drivers, high-side drivers and inputs.</span></p> <p><span><span>The S12VR64 evaluation board allows for access to all of the pins. An on-board relay is available for evaluating the relay driver operation. 12-volt motor loads up to 13A can be supported with an external, high current power supply.</span></span></p> <p></p> <p><span>The S12VR64EVB includes an integrated USB link for debugging without an external debugger.
