    &lt;p&gt;EnOcean Sensor Kit includes self-powered wireless sensors and a switch, ideal for home automation applications. No cables are required to switch lights, control blinds and acquire sensor information including temperature, humidity or presence detection. Sensors and actuators can directly communicate with each other or they can be controlled through an intelligent smart home server. Users can also use in home automation applications that require remote sensing and remote control via PC or smart phones. For example, the Raspberry-Pi is an ideal platform to setup a smart home server where the EnOcean-Pi acts as a bridge (Gateway-Controller) to the EnOcean radio world.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The EnOcean SENSOR KIT 902 is available in 902MHz frequency for US/ Canada.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;EnOcean Sensor Kit features a set of three wireless sensors; Push Button, Reed Switch &amp;amp; Temperature Sensor.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Push Button Sensor:&lt;/strong&gt; The PTM 210 is a miniaturized batteryless switch module (40 mm x 40 mm x 11.2 mm) which allows the realization of very slim on-wall mountable rocker switches or remote controls. The actuating force is around 7 N only over a travel of 1.8 mm. Optionally, one or two switch rockers or up to four push buttons can be realized.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Temperature Sensor:&lt;/strong&gt; Energy harvesting wireless temperature sensor module (STM 330) with an extremely low power RF transmitter module optimized for realization of wireless and maintenance free temperature sensors. Can also be used for room control panels including set point dial and occupancy button with the addition of a minimum number of external components. The module provides an integrated calibrated temperature sensor. STM 330 also supports the plug-in humidity sensor module HSM 100.&lt;/p&gt;

        &lt;div class=""&gt;If the energy storage is completely charged, the magnetic sensor can last up to 6 days, the temperature sensor can last up to 4 days. The multi-channel switch module is self powered and doesn&amp;#39;t require solar charging.&lt;/div&gt;
                &lt;h4 class="xs-pb2 xs-border-bottom"&gt;How long do the sensors have to charge before they start working?&lt;/h4&gt;
        &lt;div class=""&gt;At 400 lux illumination it will typically take 2.5 minutes to build up enough charge to enable operation. The internal storage will continue to charge until full. The pushbutton sensor is self powered and can operate immediately&lt;/div&gt;
                &lt;h4 class="xs-pb2 xs-border-bottom"&gt;How does the pushbutton module operate?&lt;/h4&gt;
        &lt;div class=""&gt;The PTM210 Push Button module is powered by a Dynamic power generator that&amp;#39;s actuated by a bow on either side of the module. When the energy bow is pressed the generator provides power to the module which then sends a telegram that includes the state of all 4 buttons. When the bow is released the process is repeated and another telegram sent to the EnOcean Pi.&lt;/div&gt;
                &lt;h4 class="xs-pb2 xs-border-bottom"&gt;For the Button module, Can the EnOcean Pi tell the difference between transmissions from a press of the energy bow vs it&amp;#39;s release?&lt;/h4&gt;
        &lt;div class=""&gt;Yes, the &amp;quot;telegram&amp;quot; sent when the energy bow is pressed will be different from the telegram sent when the energy bow is releaced. This is a design feature of the module and can be used to program multiple functions that are tied to the multi-button module.&lt;/div&gt;
                &lt;h4 class="xs-pb2 xs-border-bottom"&gt;Can the signal from the sensors pass through walls?&lt;/h4&gt;
        &lt;div class=""&gt;It can depend on the type of wall. If you have to pass through a wall the signal should take the most direct route as possible to minimize loss. Fire safety walls, staircases, and elevator shafts should be avoided as they would most likely block the signal.&lt;/div&gt;

When the energy bow is pressed the generator provides power to the module which then sends a telegram that includes the state of all 4 buttons. When the bow is released the process is repeated and another telegram sent to the EnOcean Pi.&lt;/div&gt;

This is a design feature of the module and can be used to program multiple functions that are tied to the multi-button module.&lt;/div&gt;
                &lt;h4 class="xs-pb2 xs-border-bottom"&gt;Can the signal from the sensors pass through walls?&lt;/h4&gt;
        &lt;div class=""&gt;It can depend on the type of wall. If you have to pass through a wall the signal should take the most direct route as possible to minimize loss. Fire safety walls, staircases, and elevator shafts should be avoided as they would most likely block the signal.&lt;/div&gt;

The actuating force is around 7 N only over a travel of 1.8 mm. Optionally, one or two switch rockers or up to four push buttons can be realized.&lt;/p&gt;

        &lt;div class=""&gt;At 400 lux illumination it will typically take 2.5 minutes to build up enough charge to enable operation. The internal storage will continue to charge until full. The pushbutton sensor is self powered and can operate immediately&lt;/div&gt;

        &lt;div class=""&gt;The PTM210 Push Button module is powered by a Dynamic power generator that&amp;#39;s actuated by a bow on either side of the module. When the energy bow is pressed the generator provides power to the module which then sends a telegram that includes the state of all 4 buttons. When the bow is released the process is repeated and another telegram sent to the EnOcean Pi.&lt;/div&gt;

        &lt;div class=""&gt;Yes, the &amp;quot;telegram&amp;quot; sent when the energy bow is pressed will be different from the telegram sent when the energy bow is releaced. This is a design feature of the module and can be used to program multiple functions that are tied to the multi-button module.&lt;/div&gt;
                &lt;h4 class="xs-pb2 xs-border-bottom"&gt;Can the signal from the sensors pass through walls?&lt;/h4&gt;
        &lt;div class=""&gt;It can depend on the type of wall. If you have to pass through a wall the signal should take the most direct route as possible to minimize loss. Fire safety walls, staircases, and elevator shafts should be avoided as they would most likely block the signal.&lt;/div&gt;
