BeagleBone Black is a $45, 1GHz computer that ships with a Linux distribution on its on-board 2GB flash and has extensive I/O capabilities. We’ll be focusing on how you can wire up sensors and actuators using an included JavaScript library and IDE.
It has four lessons which utilize Bonescript on the BeagleBone Black:
- Blink an LED
- Use button to set LED
- Use potentiometer to control LED brightness
- Read temperature using a TMP36 temperature sensor
