Hey Frederick,

tried the same procedure by downloading the Yocto image (svn3000) and flashing it to an 8GB SDCard using dd on OS X... However trying to boot from this SDCard yields the following output:

And that's it... it doesn't get any further. Can anyone help?

Have you used the BeagleBone Black before? The only thing I noticed is more memory on RIoT. Also can you setup swap for next adventure? Maybe you can then stress the memory and see how that goes.
