RIoTboard, SABRE Lite & MarS board are evaluation platforms featuring the powerful i.MX 6 Quad-Core, Dual-Core and Solo multimedia application processors from Freescale Semiconductor. These evaluation platforms are provided with Linux and Android system images and source code.

You can download all the latest Linux & Android system images and the source code for all three I.MX 6 boards from here. All the listed images support the LCD8000-97C module, a portable 9.7” LVDS display module designed for I.MX 6 boards.

Hi Forum members,

I recently got a MarSBoard iMX6 Dual core board I am trying to set the board as following:

1/ Try to boot from SD setting Boot Mode SW 1= OFF and SW2=ON
2/ On SD micro card; using MAINLINE DENX u-boot compiled, created u-boot.img and rest of the files
3/ On SD from MAINLINE kernel.scm.git repository downloaded kernel and built uImag and zImage
4/ Try to boot iMX6 board from the SD but NO avail board seems to be not booting from the SD.

5/ I have two partitions on my micro SD card
1) BOOT with W95 32 bit
2) rootfs with 83 Linux Ext4 partition.

I wonder someone can guild or put me in the right direction to get this board up and running?
