You can check the Autodesk website for it (they own it), but in case you're not aware, EAGLE standalone is disappearing: https://hackaday.com/2023/06/09/they-used-to-be-a-big-shot-now-eagle-is-no-more/

That video is suitable for both KiCad 7 and KiCad 6 (there's not much difference between the two for getting up-to-speed with KiCad, so you can download KiCad 7 but still follow the KiCad 6 video).

is there any ULP, which can remove very small gaps between two lines. I am facing this issue, when i am trying to import DXF file. There are lots of lines, where this small gaps(0.0001% of gaps) occurs automatically. Due, to this problem, I am unable to close the contour. I am able to to remove gaps by manual method.But, I want to do it using ULPs automatically.

I couldn't agree more, it's definitely been a big year for EAGLE! Autodesk have certainly put a lot of effort into bringing features that people have been asking for and I can't wait to see what might come next. What's the thinking for having the power on 3 and 14? Is that driven by the practicalities of using buried vias?

With Eagle 6.1.0, I try the original NEGASILK and the NEG_SILK presented here. Although NEG_SILK is simpler because there is no file to open and modiffy, the result after printing for using dry film resist is not the same, rendering the NEG_SILK unusefull for that purpose.

See the images hereonder.

At high power, one can see that certain routes are interrupted, which is not the case with NEGASILK. This is due to the fact that layer 21 is added and superimposed (in black) to the PCB.

I mostly work with that board outlines, e.g. for DIN rail modules.

I went to some of the Kicad talks at FOSDEM and they are just loving this. Their user base has grown massively over the last few weeks and also the number of offers of money has also increased including sponsoring KICAD programmers to introduce new functionality by Digikey!!

The chaos can only help Opensource... Pitty the cost in time and effort is so high when you change CAD applications.

BTW Olimex did their new laptop with KICAD!

Way to stick it to the little guy. I paid $169 for my enthusiast version of eagle that included 4 layers. Now to get the same functionality I have to pay 200% more EVERY YEAR??!? Thanx Autodesk.
