I use www.MYROPCB.com I am not problem to recommend them.
Price are nice for small serie and quite ok for time (6 day service for 2
layer) shorter possible but cost more.

If you are talking about PCB prototypes, I've heard that SparkFun
Electronics is cheap, but it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get your boards. If
you don't need solder mask and silk-screen, then search the web for "bare
bones" PCBs. For both 2-layer and 4-layer boards, I've been happy using
PCB Fabexpress.
