Circuit Studio step file export fail

Hello!

I have some step file export fail.

I have never had this issue before. What should I do now?

    I can confirm this. I have a PCB with a shape made up of a rectangle and an semi circle arc. The step export completed without errors but the semicircle part was missing in the step file.

    Also some drill holes are not created correctly.

    Has anyone found a fix for this or is there an update coming soon?  I have a unique board outline that I need to check with my customer to make sure it fits his CAD.

     

    i notice that this happens on another board if I place a circular region as a board cutout.

    Hello

    I'm using Version 1.5.2 (Build 30) and I have the same step file exporting issues.

    Firstly after failing to export a step from CS at all, I had to go into the system\installation directory and instal TeighaX_Setup_3.9.0 which allowed me to successfully export a step, however, the step file had radius and holes removed making it useless for CAD import and analysis.

    I uninstalled then reinstalled CS and TeighaX and now it fails to even export again.

    I've been able to export the project into Altium Designer and the export step is fine.

    I'm a little concern with the lack of updates and no real response to this issue over the web.

     

    If it is a faulty library or part 3d body (as suggested) then it's next to impossible to debug with no feedback from CS error logs.

     

    Any suggestions?
