I was excited to download the new update but it won't complete.
Any Idea how to fix this?

Please contact me via PM or email: your firewall or system scanner or local virus scanner could be blocking some of the objects that are downloaded, so we may have to arrange an offline download (which has some inconveniences that I'll explain).

I sent you an email.
However, can you please sign out and sign in again and run the update again. The new component is now fully synchronized and I am expecting your update will now work correctly. The error your saw caused no harm to your system, i.e. when you clicked No, your software was not adversely affected.
