Importing DXF Alters Board Shape

Importing a DXF for use as a custom polygon pour is altering my board shape (making it smaller).  It isn't changing the outline layer.  Any ideas?

    First off, thanks for sending this in, responding quickly and creating the article.  Truly appreciate the work.

     

    Although I can see where you all are going with the workaround (and I've used that in the past) I would recommend a different workflow.  Instead of reinstating the board shape after DXF imports I would urge users to add additional PCB files to their projects to handle all of the DXF manipulation.  That has worked wonderfully and allows a "sandbox" that does not influence the main PCB document, especially when you are doing many DXF imports to define custom polygon pours, logos, custom text, etc.
