I had the same question some time ago. There is a way to do this, see this post:

It's also the way to go if you want to generate the schematic print of only one schem. (this might be important if you want to use the dynamic pdf function (all components clickable, show component information like parameters). This functionality was removed when I used a pdf editor to crop the output to just one page.

I'm not sure. I don't think you can generate a BOM there. You can print a single schematic page as a "non-smart" PDF, that is, it does not have the embedded information and parts parameters. Mostly I use that tab for EDIF netlists, ERC and single pin net list checks.

I'm not aware if there is or isn't a direct way to do this. The workaround should be to either temporarily remove the other sheets from the project and run the BOM or make a copy of the project and use the copy with only the sheet(s) you want.

You might be able to do this using variants also but that would seem to be more difficult.
