Nicely done port of the Honeywell sensor with the Cypress PSoC 6 BLE Kit.

Looks like it got the attention of Cypress. They posted a reference to this on their LinkedIn page as well as on the Cypress site.

Just thought to share a quick update.

Workflow stages 1 - 5 complete and I'm now thinking through the final phase 6 and phase 7. I've tested my pressure sensor and I'm getting pressure values via my level shifter (my sensor is 5V), which is great. It's worth noting that the sensor does work via 3V3 but this then needs recalibrating the count values etc. and won't be as accurate.

One part missing from my project workflow is adding in the liquid level cap sensing for the syringe. That could well be hit or miss, we'll see. I did some prelim testing using foil as I don't have copper tape.

As a fall back, I'm adding in a BLE Bridge to push pressure data out using the Automation IO Service (0x1815) via an Analog output characteristic. This service lends itself very well to this sort of thing. The really cool thing is that you can specify in the characteristic description what the data is etc. I can then use my PSoC 6 BLE kit's (CY5677) dongle to then read the data and have potential to then display on PC/Laptop via Processing or other software. Neat.

Today, I got a big buzz out of seeing my humidIcon temperature value agreeing with the EPD Display Shield's thermistor.
