Help with Eaton easy-E4-UC-12RC1

Good afternoon everyone,
I don't know if you can help me but I have a problem where I am using an eaton easy-E4-UC-12RC1 plc and I have simply programmed it so that when a box passes the photocell it triggers an electrovalve. But when I pass a box through the photocell, it doesn't activate the solenoid valve. If you could help me, I'd really appreciate it.
The programming I have is I01--------()Q01.

Hello,

I know Eaton uses the INCOM protocol, but I still wonder if I can use the RS-232RS-232 port on my laptop to get power and energy out of the PM3?
