The Infineonpower LED family has two new members. Both devices are DC/DC constant-current drivers especially designed to drive automotive LEDs in interior and exterior lighting systems.

The TLD 5085EJ is a smart LED buck driver circuit that provides all active functions for a constant-current switching regulator, capable of delivering up to 1.8A load current with an integrated MOSFET.

The TLD 5095EL is a smart LED boost controller with built-in protection and diagnostic features. The main function of this device is to boost the output voltage and regulate a constant LED current. The device comes with a status pin for diagnostics.
