The new OptiMOS&lt;span class="emoticon" data-url="https://community.element14.com/cfs-file/__key/system/emoji/2122.svg" title="Tm"&gt;&amp;#x2122;&lt;/span&gt;-T2 40V family comes in green and robust packages, offering best-in-class R&lt;sub style="vertical-align:sub;"&gt;DS(on)&lt;/sub&gt; and the highest current rating for automotive motor and load control applications in these packages.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin:0;padding:0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin:0;"&gt;All of our automotive products deliver the highest levels of quality and reliability in green and robust packages. These devices are designed specifically to withstand the added stress placed on components and boards as a result of the higher temperatures used for lead-free soldering. To avoid overstress, for example delamination of mold compound and metallic contacts, all OptiMOS&lt;span class="emoticon" data-url="https://community.element14.com/cfs-file/__key/system/emoji/2122.svg" title="Tm"&gt;&amp;#x2122;&lt;/span&gt;-T2 40V products sustain peak reflow temperatures of up to 260° C and are fully backward compatible with existing leaded solder processes. These devices are fully automotive qualified to AEC grade and moisture sensitivity level 1 (MSL1).
