These functionalities make MIPAQ&lt;span class="emoticon" data-url="https://community.element14.com/cfs-file/__key/system/emoji/2122.svg" title="Tm"&gt;&amp;#x2122;&lt;/span&gt; serve a full plug-and-play solution for high-current drive applications.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin:0;padding:0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin:0;"&gt;Inside the module, there are galvanically isolated drivers based on Infineon&amp;#39;s Coreless Transformer Technology. The elimination of optical couplers further enhances the module&amp;#39;s long-term stability.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin:0;padding:0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin:0;"&gt;Featuring the newly designed EconoPACK&lt;span class="emoticon" data-url="https://community.element14.com/cfs-file/__key/system/emoji/2122.svg" title="Tm"&gt;&amp;#x2122;&lt;/span&gt; 4 packages and the latest chip technology IGBT4, these devices cover the 1200V range and manage currents of 100A, 150A and 200A. The voltage and logic signals are transferred through standardized connectors supporting plug-and-play detection.
