Dear All,

Few people seem to know about the Harris series of data books. They are coloured Green. Among many other juicy circuits, Harris has a series of 60 cycle <-> 50 Hz converters. They may be slightly wobbly (as in wobbulator), but to my knowledge they are the only ones going. I remember doing some real-time work on a Texas Instruments 990 series computer and being unsure during recorded medical trials whether the real-time clock and universal switchmode power supply - which eventually burnt out - was set to UK 50Hz mains or US 60 cycle mains.
