Die bewährten TEN-6 DC/DC-Konverter im DIL-24 Gehäuse von TRACOPOWER werden durch die Nachfolgeserien TEN-6N und TEN-6WIN ersetzt. Diese bieten als kompatible Ausführung eine sehr günstige Alternative in preiskritischen Applikationen.

The TEN-6WIN series with 4:1 input voltage range and the TEN 6N Series with 2:1 input voltage range are designed for an optimized cost/performance ratio of DC/DC converters with output power of 6 Watt.

General features like no minimum load requirement, overload protection, internal filter for EN55022 class A and high efficiency make these converters easy to design in. With the popular DIP-24 standard package they are also a drop in replacement for many cost critical applications.

With TEN 25WI Series TRACOPOWER launches new high performance DC/DC converter modules to complete the 25 to 30 Watt power range with an ultra wide 4:1 input voltage range.

The products come in a low profile 50x40x10mm shielded metal package with industry standard footprint. Standard features include remote On/Off, output voltage trimming, over voltage protection, under voltage lockout, over temperature and short circuit protection.
Together with the input EMI filter to meet EN 55022, class A without the use of external components, these converters are easy to design in and suitable for a wide range of applications.
High efficiency up to 89% allows an extended operating temperature of –40°C to +85°C. Typical applications for these new converter modules are communication systems, industrial electronics, battery operated equipment and distributed power systems.

The series are available with 2:1 or 4:1 input voltage ranges covering 4.5 VDC up to 75 VDC. They work with high efficiency over the full load range with a tightly regulated output voltage even under no load conditions. With the dimension of 18.9 x 12.8 x 8.7, they use only about 50% board space compared to regular 2-3 Watt converters.
The package is hermetically sealed (molded) what makes the converters suitable for regular washing procedures. The SMD models are qualified for lead free reflow solder process according IPC J-STD-020D.
1500 VDC I/O-isolation, short circuit protection, remote On/Off, operating temperature range from –40°C up to 85°C and excellent immunity against environmental influences qualify the converters for high end applications.
They are the ideal solution for space critical applications in communication equipments, instrumentation and industrial electronics.

With TSRN-1 series trough hole version and TSRN-1SM series SMD-version, TRACOPOWER launches a high efficiency alternative to common positive and negative 3-terminal linear voltage regulators (LM78xx and LM79xx)

They provide ultra wide input ranges up to 42 VDC. The trough hole version comprises nine models which have a fixed output voltage from 1.5 up to 15 VDC while the five models of the SMD version have an adjustable output, those cover the full range of 1.2 up to 15 VDC. All regulators can be used for positive and negative output voltage circuits. The trough hole version models are drop-in replacements for inefficient 78xx / 79xx linear regulators and they are available with straight or angular pins.

These switching regulators have significant advantages over linear regulators, they have a better output voltage accuracy, a lower standby current, much wider input range and they can be operated without external capacitors. With the very high efficiency of up to 95% they don’t need a heat sink or chassis contact. The SMD version models can be operated at full load up to 55°C and the trough hole version models up to 70°C ambient temperature. With some derating they can be used at an ambient temperature of up to 85°C. The high efficiency, low standby power consumption and remote On/Off function (for SMD version) make these regulators an ideal solution for energy sensitive applications.

Es sind 18 Modelle mit weiten 2:1 Eingangsspannungsbereichen von 9-18, 18-36 und 36-75 VDC verfügbar. Ausgangsseitig bieten diese Konverter geregelte Spannungen von 3.3, 5, 12, 15, ±12 und ±15 VDC. Einsetzbar sind die Wandlermodule im Arbeitstemperaturbereich von -40 bis +71°C. With the TIW series TRACOPOWER launches a new generation of AC/DC Power Supplies, mainly for building and office automation and for household installations and equipment.

The power supplies come in a dust and waterproof IP67 plastic housing, and are easy to connect via flying wires. With the compact design they fit into standard flush boxes for easy installation. The units can be operated in a temperature range of –25°C up to 50°C at full load an without forced cooling.
The series provides 6 Watt models with 3.3, 5.0 and 6.0 VDC and 12 Watt models with 12, 15 and 24 VDC fully regulated output voltages with continuous short circuit protection.

The input range is universal 93-264 VAC.They comply with the EMC emission standards EN 55022 Class B and EN 61000-6-3 for residential and office automation while they meet the immunity according EN 61000-6-2 for the industrial field. TRACOPOWER launches with the TEP-100 series a family of isolated high performance dc-dc converter modules with 100W output power which come in a rugged, compact metal case.
These converters are suitable for a wide range of applications, but the product has been designed particularly for industrial applications where often no PCB mounting is possible but the module has to be mounted on a chassis. Four threaded M3 inserts in the module makes chassis mount or attachment of a heatsink for an optimal thermal management very simple. For easy installation there is also an unique chassis mount adaptor available with screw terminals for connection.
The TEP-100 Series offers 12 models with output voltages from 5 to 48VDC and wide input voltage ranges of 18-36VDC or 36-75VDC. The products are also available with ultra-wide 4:1 input voltage range (TEP-75WI series) and reduced output power of 75W.
A very high efficiency allows an ambient operating temperature up to +60°C with natural convection cooling without need of power derating. Further features include output voltage trimming, Remote ON/OFF and under voltage lockout. The wide input voltage range and reverse input voltage protection make these dc/dc converters also an interesting solution for battery operated systems.

TMR 2E series is the latest addition to the wide TMR product family of regulated Single In-line Package (SIP) converters. This series has been designed for excellent quality at optimized cost. Encapsulated AC/DC Power Modules

TRACOPOWER launches with the TMP series a new generation of AC/DC power modules comprising of 62 models with power ranges from 7 W to 60 W. There are models available with single-, dual- and triple-output and voltage configurations from 3.3 to 48VDC.

The fully encapsulated modules are available for PCB-mounting with solder pins or for chassis mounting with screw terminal block.

In addition there is also an adaptor available for easy snap-on mounting on DIN-rails. This new series feature compact dimensions with a lower profile than other products in the market.

Universal input 85-264VAC and protection class ll qualify the power supplies for a wide range of applications in commercial or industrial equipment. The operating temperature range is specified for –25°C to +50°C without power derating. The high reliability of TMP series is documented with calculated MTBF figures from 250’000 to 330’000 h and backed by a 3 year product warranty.
