Question LCD display storage

Will long-term storage of years on a 3.5" IPS LCD display cause disorganization, confusion and slowness in the liquid crystals, dead pixels and loss of brightness and performance in the backlight LEDs?

You're expecting way, way too much. This isn't how low-end consumer electronics works. No datasheet will help you determine the quality of what you have in those consoles, and the best quality displays…
