HI ALL,

I JUST BOUGHT A NEW raspberry Pi 2 model B 1GB. ELEMENT 14.

What do I do to start using it on my TV to watch live programme.

when I did all connections the display was VIDEO, SYSTEM etc on the tv screen.

Its the sd card already configured and what do I do to get going..

Thank you for the responses. So I've probably got a solution. First thing was that I changed the SD card. The new one works just fine! Also, I used a new power adapter which had a good power rating.I changed the config.txt file settings for the hdmi mode and the force. It displayed some text for a split second and then went blank. So there is some problem with the cable I suppose cause when I plugged on a normal hdmi input, it worked splendidly. Maybe ill try some other configurations to find the one that works best. Again, thank you.

Try a higher amperage charger. Not a ridiculous amount, just 2-3 amps
