I think watching the video there may help, since it shows all the steps within 8 minutes, so it's not a lot of steps, and they can all be copy-pasted.

Nice project Shabaz! This would clean up nicely the issues I had making this toy ukelele posted earlier on e14.

One of the issues I had was blocking code with CircuitPython. Having two cores would allow me to drive the neopixels separately from the wav files as well as mix sounds. Unfortunately the 3yo has outgrown such toys :-)

Nice build.

I like the simple approach to select and play the sound desired.

Reminds me of the old speak and spell machines in the 1970's that played animal sounds for children.

This make me want to abandon the JQ6500 and start with a Pico. Another learning curve!
