Now, this tool is very well done, with a limitation. I read around the net that many users experience problems as they try to install the wrong Raspbian version on their Raspberry Pi. For example, the immediately visible distro now available is Buster but it works fine only on the Pi4 while on previous Pi generations it seems not working. The new application only downloads from the Internet the most recent version of the Raspbian, probably creating confusion in the users as this detail is not clearly mentioned in the right page (the download page).</p><p>The good thing instead – I have appreciated a lot – is the support of the custom image, perfect not only for flashing the old versions but, as in my case, sometimes the Raspbian version backed up from a Raspberry Pi already set up with some kind of configuration.
