If you're using the RCA (phono style) connector, then a key needs pressing to enable the display, so then a keyboard is mandatory.

After the initial install/config, you can discard the display and input devices, and use SSH as you wish.

RE: Is it possible to install Noobs on raspberry pi without a display and keyboard?

Just a mouse is enough, no need for a keyboard... And everybody has a mouse...

RE: Is it possible to install Noobs on raspberry pi without a display and keyboard?

In simple what the above is saying is that for the initial setup you will need a keyboard and mouse.

It would be nice to see a headless multi distro image sometime soon.

RE: Is it possible to install Noobs on raspberry pi without a display and keyboard?

You could use a common TV connected to RCA output, and select a key during boot to force that output. Off course, you need a keyboard to select the key. Or you could install NOOBS once with keyboard and input, select SSH, dhcp, etc, and the do image copies from that installation.

RE: Is it possible to install Noobs on raspberry pi without a display and keyboard?

HDMI connection into a monitor/TV and a USB mouse...
