IF you are wanting to use it as a cheap second display go onto Ebay and search for "Model number + HDMI Controller driver". I had a quick look for you the closest one I found is for a similar model kit for B156XW02 V.2 HDMI + DVI + VGA LCD LED Controller Driver Board | eBay

All you will need to do is connect up the cable and it is good to go, they normally have an HDMI, VGA and DVI connections on it.

There is a good video on youtube about taking an old laptop screen and turning it into a decent second monitor for a laptop. I know from experience of my uni laptop that the screen is never big enough (especcially when working on a 50 page report)

Thanks, I was supposed to reply to you when you posted it but I completely forgot with all the Uni work I've got. I looked on the website and couldn't find anything, haven't looked at the other links yet, though.

And working solutions at RPi Screens - eLinux.org . Sorry the answer is not so simple because the controller is on the motherboard and is non standard.
