Do existing HATs fit on top of the Raspberry Pi 5 Active Cooler and Heatsink?

Question

To get the full functionality and speed from the Raspberry Pi 5 it will need active cooling and a heatsink, how does this work with existing HATs?

It is possible with an appropriate spacer, or extender on the GPIO header, and 15mm standoffs you can stack HATs on top of the active cooler and heatsink appropriately.
