How does the Raspberry Pi PoE HAT fit on the Raspberry Pi 5?

With the new design of the Raspberry Pi 5 using a dedicated heatsink and fan, how does this work with the PoE HAT? 
 Considering what the PoE HAT looks like for older models of Raspberry Pi:

This is still undergoing prototyping and development. Due to the repositioning of the PoE header pins, it has needed to be redesigned, and it will be smaller and fit around the heatsink and fan requirements of the Raspberry Pi 5.
