Something I could think of if you were to produce a lot more of these would be to program some games that used this as a controller. You could add one or two physical buttons and use it to move a 3d character by rolling out around in your hand and occasionally pushing the buttons. I imagine that would work well for an rpg, or another type of game that doesn't require fast reactions. If you made it bigger, maybe you could add a vibration function? Just to add more feedback for controller function. What do you think?

Love the work, keep on creating!

RE: Pi Ball – A Spherical and Interactive Raspberry Pi 2 Case

So could you hook it up to a portable hdmi tv,put the pi in a bag and use itlika a normal laptop?

RE: Pi Ball – A Spherical and Interactive Raspberry Pi 2 Case

that is pretty awesome! maybe when i get the RPI2 ill give it a shot. all and all great design!

RE: Pi Ball – A Spherical and Interactive Raspberry Pi 2 Case

Whoa, awesome project.
