Once you get that figured out, you'll have reverse it.

A device that listens to morse the converts it into text on an LCD, or back into speech.

...one's work is just never done.

The technology would support your project.

I have seen morse code implementations and voice to text software, so you should be able to find support around the web.

The one LED or two issue comes into preference. Some people use two tone morse code and others just one.

Given the simplistic drivers needed, I would do both, just to add that extra style to the project.
