I found this blog and learned a lot that none of other presentation could. But I need some help with a pico uf2 file that does not work.

to make it short hear is the link https://101-things.readthedocs.io/en/latest/breadboard_radio.html

I can not bring the code on py pico

Hope you may help I have no programing skill.

Thanks

RE: PicoSynthRF - A Python-based RF Signal Generator

I really want to build this, but can the minimum frequency be reduced below 440kHz? down to 10k for example?

RE: PicoSynthRF - A Python-based RF Signal Generator

Very noice, works well...but

1) shame the gerbers are still v1.0 -really wish I had checked before I fried my SI5351

2) It would be really nice to have the schematics, I'd love to add a row of headers for a more standard pin based LCD

RE: PicoSynthRF - A Python-based RF Signal Generator

Nice project. That little display is superb.

Out of curiosity, did they give you the slot width you asked for (where the display flex goes through), or have they increased it to match whatever they normally cut the board outline with?

Were you tempted to use the third output from the chip? Although there are only two VCOs, if I'm reading the datasheet right, you can get different phase shifts from one VCO onto two outputs, and possibly complementary outputs too.

Are we now on course for some FM reception with your quadrature-mixed SDR? Don't suppose analogue switches would work fast enough, but there are probably other ways you could do the switching.

RE: PicoSynthRF - A Python-based RF Signal Generator

I [emoticon:ffdd7b0ed07d454ba259894f328bbdc6] that little display! So many possibilities, you can have complementary clock signals, quadrature clocks, or 2 different frequencies. Nice work!

RE: PicoSynthRF - A Python-based RF Signal Generator

Very cool project shabaz! This is definitely worth a bookmark (if only I could figure out how to do that) as this would make a great signal/RF generator for the workbench. Well done!
