Link to table of location/language values:&amp;nbsp; &lt;span style="color:#007fac;"&gt;&lt;a class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://docs.moodle.org/dev/Table_of_locales" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;http://docs.moodle.org/dev/Table_of_locales&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin:0;padding:0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin:0;"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IMPORTANT NOTE:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; The &lt;strong&gt;en_GB.UTF-I UTF-8&lt;/strong&gt; option will be pre-selected by default (the Pi comes from the UK after all).&amp;nbsp; Be sure to unselect this option (unless you’re in the UK) when you’re selecting your appropriate locale.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin:0;padding:0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin:0;"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Time Zone Selection&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin:0;"&gt;Your Pi will not show the current time until you connect it to the internet, even after you select the time zone from the &lt;a class="jive-link-external-small" href="/products/raspberry-pi/w/documents/11292/raspberry-pi-8gb-sd-card-pre-installed-with-noobs" target="_blank"&gt;NOOBS&lt;/a&gt; configuration menu.&amp;nbsp; The Pi doesn’t have a real-time clock.&amp;nbsp; It will automatically get the time using the Network Time Protocol.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin:0;padding:0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin:0;"&gt;If you don&amp;#39;t have an Internet connection then you can use the date command to set the date / time appropriately.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin:0;padding:0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin:0;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;sudo date -s &amp;quot;Jul 5 08:10&amp;quot;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
