We investigated what happened, and it was completely our mistake!&nbsp; We&#39;re really sorry for the confusion and frustration this has caused&nbsp; our Newark element customers, and we&#39;re glad we&#39;re able to correct it!&nbsp; So, if you ordered through Newark element14 and noticed a Farnell direct ship charge, we’ll will refund the $20 charge. The overseas shipping price was mistakenly applied because of the way the product was set up in our system, which we are fixing now.
