What would you like for a tutorial on using a development kit?

Hi, I am in the process of writing a tutorial for a Road Test and would like some comments on what items would be most useful:

How to load software for IDE
How to setup a Bootloader on flash
How to quick start for demo like flash LED
How to load RTOS like MQX or FreeMaster
Other???

Good comments both of you. I plan on having a section above to pick what topics to view/skip which should allow someone to skip intro type information.Of course background information can be provided with…
