Like many inventions he initial part always has some hurdles.

It's a great idea that has many potential uses.

Have you tried it using the forward facing camera (ie the display side)

I can see a use in situations where you take a number and then wait.

Nice update.

Those LED's are very bright.

I am not surprised that you have to look at the reflected light. The intensity of those LED's probably saturated your camera.

Wow - this is a really impressive result!

Your encoding method seems extremely effective for it to be compatible with the phone camera.

And love that you have real applications for this in mind.

Very cool to see this video, and that all your hard work paid off with a functioning prototype.
