Is there a risk to loose the pre-loaded certificates (listed in the system node on your uniflash screen, used in secure connections with WiFi) when you do Format?

I was in the same situation 8 months ago during the Sudden Impact challenge. I managed to complete the project, but it was very hard - very little sleep.
