Nice analysis. I liked the description of the clock system. It helped me understand things much better. So thanks for that.

I would be curious to learn how the PSoC6 compares with the Nordic Semiconductor's much newer nRF53 SoC which includes dual core MCU + BLE stack. Similarly Dialog Semiconductor's DA1469x product family.

Another aspect that can be quite difficult to grasp is how the BLE and other interrupts are handled by the MCU's.
