Good news for those US members that were thinking about roadtesting this dev kit. The end date has been extended. After attending Monarch Go Workshop: Part 3: Prototyping and Rapid Development using the Monarch LTE-M Development Kit, this is above my skill set. Would be cool though. Like Azure Sphere on cellular. Well frankly, there's a few reasons why I did not apply.

I have no experience with any LTE communications, I have a SIM hat someone sent for 2G(maybe 3G) networks a month ago but I have yet to use it, and most 2G networks are now shutting down.

To be honest here, I have no idea what I could possibly do with LTE IoT and I have not yet watched the workshops.

Having a SIM card installed is useful- they can be expensive.

But I've had bad experiences in past dealings with Verizon and I do not feel like using their service.

But regardless:

lack of knowledge on subject

Lack of project ideas

Lack of willingness to use the said service provider
