Honorable mention to the Raspberry Pi Pico. I still reference it whenever I play with my Pico.

I chose the Raspberry Pi Pico road test not because of the board itself, but because of the involvement of several road testers who did an excellent job of documentation and teaching. They have created some great blogs to get you started and delve into more advanced features of the Raspberry Pi Pico.

In general, the quality of the road tests and the variety of reviews is great thanks to the diversity of road testers from professionals to makers to amateurs. Good job selecting the applicants.

I did not do any road tests this year, so it is a read-only poll for me.

I learnt the most during the very enjoyable reads of the R&S source meter reviews.

I voted for the SDR, not because I participated, but I learned alot from all the in depth discussions it created. It certainly did generate discussions ! I also enjoyed reading the oscilloscope road tests.

I did get to participate in the Raspberry Pi Pico Roadtest , which afterwards I ordered qty 16 Picos and am 4 months into teaching a 6 month micropython class at my local library using those RPi Picos and a bunch of sensors. I wish I had 6 or so of Dubbie's robot wheels https://uk.farnell.com/dfrobot/rob0003/pirate-4wd-mobile-platform-arduino/dp/3769921?st=4wd and some H bridges for the Raspberry Pi Pico class, but we did awesome learning so far while building micropython mini projects with switches, pushbuttons, buzzers, ping sensors, touch sensors, photoresistors, LEDs, servos, etc.

I really like the Raspberry Pi Pico road test as it gave me an opportunity to become familiar with this great new product. The Pico sets an exciting new price/performance standard amongst manufacturers of microcontroller modules. And they developed a whole new and better microcontroller to do it. This small module is a game-changer among mainstream microcontroller manufacturers. I will certainly make more use of this road test than any of the others, even though there were some other great road tests.

I'd like to vote "WITTRA IOT Out of the Box" roadtest. This kit is a very interesting product with a lot of useful application.

I like MCUs, so for me it is Renesas RX72N Envision Kit. Unluckily I was unable to apply for this RoadTest due to lack of time but this board is on my wishlist. It features the second most advanced and performant microcontroller RoadTested this year. First place in performance category is for NXP i.MX RT1170 High End Processor Evaluation Kit, but I choosen RX72N Envision Kit because it cost only 50 USD while NXP i.MX RT1170 eval board cost 300 USD. 50 USD is ultra good price for board with 240 MHz MCU, display, wifi module, ethernet, multiple audio components and many other.

If I should choose from products which I have RoadTested myself, so I choose Bridgetek Embedded Video Engine ME817EV + Display because it suprised me by capatibilities and compheresive software demo. It was very easy to work with this board.
