&lt;p&gt;If you&amp;#39;re just looking to see if WebRTC is suitable for you, again that&amp;#39;s something you&amp;#39;d need to google and just try (platform or not), because no-one knows what latency you really need, and where you want the stream to go (i.e. how remote and are you trying to broadcast a show?!).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Even on a LAN, you&amp;#39;re unlikely to achieve anything extremely low-latency with these technologies, and it will be worse over the Internet.
