I believe this survey ran before. But I was told that something was wrong with the survey form. So, they corrected the form problem and want to re-run it.

The odds of winning are probably not that good.

Just completed it, the supplier is disclosed at the end of the survey but I won't say who they are so it doesn't influence other people's responses. I encourage others to do the same.
