Thanks for posting the review. It's served as a good reference point for getting some microBlaze projects up and running on my Arty S7.

...this seems to cause critical warnings and I don’t like having critical warning in my design...

I was also getting critical warnings, specifically a warning for the mig_7_series device_temp_i port. It would seem the board definition files (and the deprecated mig.prj & mig.ucf files) are setup such that it's assumed the XADC module will be used elsewhere in the overall design. If your design won't be using the XADC module, simply update the configuration of the MIG to enable the XADC module.

Hi, thanks for your review, you are a wizard.

I got my hands in the same Arty S7-50 board and ive been struggling to make it work for some time now.

Im trying your IP layout to test a hello world, bitstream works everything compiles but when i upload the
"hello world" code nothing happens.

it might have some issue with the constrains??
you kind of go over it very quick, are they automaticaly added in your project? i had to copy them from other example Arty-S7-50-GPIO

Nice write-up on your roadtest. There is a lot to play with on a product like this. It looks like you rolled up your sleeves and jump right in.
