I too have been testing 18650s of different brands and mAh ratings to see what is going on with them. I have been timing a discharge from full to 2.8 volts at a 1 A discharge rate. This data will give me the batteries mAh at the 1 amp discharge rate. It would be nice to have the additional data your Keithly supplies but for me I will have to be satisfied with what I have.
