The FRDM-K64FFRDM-K64F is an ultra-low-cost development platform for Kinetis K64, K63, and K24 MCUs. The FRDM-K64FFRDM-K64F hardware is form-factor compatible with the Arduino™ R3 pin layout, providing a broad range of expansion board options. The FRDM-K64FFRDM-K64F is feature packed with a lot of peripherals to enable rapid prototyping, including a 6-axis digital accelerometer and magnetometer to create full eCompass capabilities, a tri-colored LED and 2 user push-buttons for direct interaction and feedback, expansion memory with a microSD card slot, and connectivity options using onboard Ethernet port and headers for use with Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz radio add-on modules. The FRDM-K64FFRDM-K64F platform features OpenSDAv2, the Freescale open source hardware embedded serial and debug adapter running an open source bootloader. This circuit offers several options for serial communication, flash programming, and run-control debugging.

Looks like an interesting kit, but the price "somewhere between $50 and $200" is a bit vague. Not sure how much people would be willing to pay, but $200 seems like a lot of money for a kit.
Thank you Doc Christian DeFeo (doctorcdf) .. but I am afraid I cannot work on this Kit right now; I will start working on this Kit from next month as my Brother's Wedding is at the end week of this month and about Indian Weddings...it takes about whole month for preparation and I am still busy with that only. That's the only reason I am inactive in this community since last few weeks. I hope community members will understand my situation and I apologize for that. Also, I wanted to interface a TFT LCD with this kit but unfortunately I accidently broked it, but the good thing is I have already ordered a new one and it will take 10-30 days to get delivered here.
Once again, I am really sorry and I will start updating this Roadtest review blog near the end of this month or from the beginning of the next month.

I see waiting does have it's rewards. @Peter Oakes shows what is inside and I say "That is impressive!"...BTW,I am taking a EDX course and they use Keil IDE. I think I will incorporate this hardware into it when the FRDM-K64F based kit arrives.
