What were the biggest problems encountered?: The device loss connection with distance as it has short range connectivity so it is difficulty to sit closely to the device with mobile app. Device has no water resistance so it is difficult to make measurement at low temperature like -10 deg C
Detailed Review:
First test: The test carried out with ams OSRAM Digital Temperature Sensor Kit is to monitor temperature of the cold storage chamber in refrigerator to know the temperature of the freezer remotely instead of looking on the display every time. It helps to know the refrigerator working condition and its cooling period. In the test I used two AS6221 digital temperature sensors Demo kits one is place inside and the other is place outside the refrigerator and it was observed the temperature fall time in Companion App AS6221-DK in mobile while cooling the chamber and the data is recorded in the file.
Second Test: In the second test the Demo kit was place in a thermocol box where ice-cream boxes are carried out to the nearby place for the distribution during the event. The temperature is observed time to time so that precautions are taken to complete it before melting. A sample test status was shown in the below pictures.

The max temperature indicates the senor was placed from open air into the box and the temperature of the box is maintained about 15 oC
Third test: This task was performed for logistics container where milk products are transported to long distances. If the temperature is maintained constantly then the food products will not damage. The products in containers are transported via trucks and is distributed to the local vans. The temperature value can view in mobile app. The temperature measurement is carried out with two devices and few pictures are shown below.
Below picture shows the freezer in the mini truck and in the container to maintain the low temperature.
Temperature fall in the app shows not food products temperature, it is taking time to settle to the container temperature.

Conclusion:
The roadtest Thermometer has drawn my attention to use in different application as temperature monitoring sensor kit has no programming worries and can concentrate only on application for temperature data recording. It is ready to use kit with accuracy and doesn't require calibration and small in size so it drawn my interest to use in logistic for temperature monitor remotely during transport of cold stored products like milk, meet, ice creams, fish, fruits, vegetables, medicines, etc. The device has Bluetooth to transfer data to the companion app to visualize the data remotely in driver cabin for vehicles. It can also use in hospitals, offices, shopping malls, function halls, etc places to monitor the temperature and record data.
