Not dunking at south korea per se, but therlocal scientific community should now peer review and publically discuss/shame anything before publishing after soo many funding secruing BS has been posted. That said, i did find during my research that the photon is indeed a perpetual motion machine using gravity and charge with two moving objects to vibrate forever in free space.

A captured photon will rotate forever creating a magnetic toroid.

Lots of interesting things happen inside a photon.

Cabe - this is a free energy claim/scam.

It should be called out for the nonsense that it is, rather than being propagated.

There is a good article by Dave Jones on EEV that explains how people profit from making these claims and why they should not be distributed.

If this "device" was truly "Highlighted at this year’s COP28 conference" then that conference was even more compromised than I had thought.
